Privacy Policy
Effective June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how netta (“netta,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website and request early access. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect the name and email address you submit, along with any message you include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the marketing parameters in the link you arrived from — such as campaign tags (utm_source and similar) and Meta’s click identifier (fbclid). We store how you arrived so we can credit the right campaign if you sign up.
Cookies and tracking — the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel), an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit, the pixel records a PageView, and when you submit the early-access form it records a Lead event. It may set or read cookies and identifiers in your browser, including Meta’s _fbp cookie and the _fbc value derived from the fbclid parameter when you arrive from a Meta ad.
This helps us measure how our ads perform and reach people likely to be interested in netta. Information collected through the pixel is shared with Meta and handled under Meta’s policies. You can read more in the Meta Privacy Policy and manage your preferences in your Meta ad settings.
How we use information
- To respond to early-access requests and contact you about netta.
- To measure, understand, and improve our marketing and this website.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
How we share information
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — through the Meta Pixel, as described above.
- Resend — we use Resend to deliver early-access form submissions to us by email.
- Cloudflare — this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes requests and securely stores submissions so none are lost.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Note that the use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under some laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). See Your choices to opt out.
Your choices
- Opt out of pixel-based advertising through your Meta ad settings, or industry tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices (EU).
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- To access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, email us at egosiadvertising@gmail.com.
Data retention
We keep early-access information for as long as we need it to operate the waitlist and contact you, and we delete it sooner on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at egosiadvertising@gmail.com.
Children
netta is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
